    2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to emulsify egg white

    3. Add ice and shake again vigorously for 10-15 seconds

    4. Double strain into coupe glass

    5. Dot surface with bitters and drag toothpick through for design

    6. Optional: Garnish with a toasted pecan half on rim
